Raw brownies

Dear yogis!

This weeks recipe is for healthy and yummy raw brownies!
Ingredients for around 7-8 brownies:
1/4 cup of oats (around 20 gr)
8 medjoul dates (pitted)
1 Tbsp of water
2 carrots, raw, grated
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cacao powder (without added sugar)
Start by mixing the oats and the dates until you have a thick paste, then add the water and the carrots. Mix separately the almonds and the coconut until they have a floor like consistency, then add to the date-carrot-oat paste and finally add the cacao. Press the mix into a tin or tray, refrigerate for one hour or so, cut into squares and enjoy! You can serve it with fresh fruit salad or yogurt.
